E-signature by industry
Every industry signs a few documents over and over, and docuinked is built to send those from the systems you already use, with a person approving each draft an agent or automation prepares.
Pick your industry
| Industry | What it usually signs |
|---|---|
| Real estate | Listing and buyer agreements, disclosure acknowledgements, referral agreements |
| Property management | Rental applications, leases, renewals, addenda, owner agreements |
| Staffing | Worker agreements, handbook sign-offs, client contracts, timesheet approvals |
| Construction | Subcontracts, change orders, proposals, purchase orders |
| Agencies and dev shops | NDAs, SOWs, retainers, freelancer contracts, talent releases |
| Freight and logistics | Carrier agreements, rate confirmations, driver contracts |
| Healthcare administration | Staff, vendor and policy papers, with no patient information |
| Clinics and wellness | Waivers, memberships, room rentals, practitioner contracts |
| Education | Enrollment, parent consent, staff and vendor papers |
| Financial advisers | Engagement letters, fee acknowledgements, vendor contracts |
The same three routes everywhere
- In the app. Upload a PDF, place fields, send. First 5 documents free, then $9 a month. See pricing.
- From a workflow. One HTTP call from n8n, Clay, Zapier or Make, with an
Idempotency-Keyso a rerun never sends twice. See workflows and integrations. - From an agent. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor by MCP. The agent prepares. A named person approves the exact draft. Only the signer signs. See agents.
If you build software for one of these industries, you can put signing inside your product under your own brand, with one sub-account per customer. See platforms.
What stays the same in every industry
Each signed document gets a sealed PDF with an outside timestamp, a certificate of completion and an evidence record you can export. Anyone can check a sealed PDF with the free checker. We list what we don't do yet on each page, and in the beta we don't offer bulk send, SMS or ID checks, or custom sending domains.
Each page is general information, not legal advice. Rules differ by state, country and trade, so have a lawyer check your templates once.
- E-signature for agencies
docuinked lets a creative or digital agency send statements of work, retainers and freelancer contracts straight from its CRM or project tool, and lets a dev shop put signing inside the products it builds for clients.
- E-signature for clinics and wellness businesses
docuinked suits the non-clinical paperwork of a wellness studio, spa or small clinic, such as waivers, memberships, room rentals and practitioner contracts, while anything holding patient health information belongs with a provider that signs a business associate agreement.
- E-signature for construction
docuinked helps a builder or trade contractor get subcontracts, change orders and proposals signed from the job site, with a named person checking the price on each draft before a client or sub sees it.
- E-signature for education
docuinked lets schools, tutoring centres and training providers send enrollment agreements, parent consent forms, staff contracts and vendor papers, with a parent or guardian as the signer whenever the student is a minor.
- E-signature for financial advisers
docuinked can carry the routine signing in an advisory practice, such as engagement letters, fee schedules and vendor contracts, but your firm must check its own recordkeeping and supervision rules before relying on it, because we make no regulatory claims.
- E-signature for freight and logistics
docuinked lets a freight broker or logistics firm send carrier agreements, rate confirmations and driver contracts from its transport management system, with each send safe to retry and each signed copy filed back on the load.
- E-signature for healthcare administration
docuinked fits the administrative side of a healthcare organisation, such as staff agreements, vendor contracts and policy sign-offs, but it does not offer a business associate agreement today, so documents that carry protected health information should stay out of it.
- E-signature for property managers
docuinked lets a property manager send leases, renewals and owner agreements from the system that already knows the unit, the rent and the dates, and file the sealed copy back against the tenant without anyone chasing paper.
- E-signature for real estate agents and brokers
docuinked lets a brokerage send listing agreements, buyer representation forms and disclosure acknowledgements from its own systems, with an agent preparing the draft and a named person approving it before any client sees it.
- E-signature for staffing agencies
docuinked lets a staffing agency turn a "placed" status in its applicant system into a signed onboarding agreement and a signed client contract, with each draft checked by a recruiter before it reaches a worker or a client.
Common questions
My industry isn't listed. Will docuinked work for it?
Probably, if your documents are PDFs that people sign. The pages above show patterns, not limits. Start with a test key and see if the flow fits.
Which industries should not use docuinked yet?
Any where a key document needs a notary, a business associate agreement, ID checks or an audit report we don't have. Each industry page names the gaps for that trade.
Do these pages include contract templates I can use?
No. They describe documents and flows. Our templates pages explain what common agreements contain, but you need your own wording, ideally from a lawyer.
Try it in test mode
Free during the beta. Test keys send no email, so you can build the whole flow first.
