# Subprocessors

These are the outside companies that help run docuinked, and what reaches each of them. We keep this list short on purpose.

## Current list

| Vendor | What it does | What reaches it |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Network, security and traffic delivery | Web traffic passing through to our servers |
| Resend | Sends email | Recipient address, subject and message body |
| DigiCert timestamp service | Signs timestamps on sealed files and log checkpoints | A hash only. No document content or personal data |

## Hosting

The service runs on Rook-operated servers in the United States. A change of hosting provider counts as a subprocessor change, with 30 days' notice.

## Changes

We will update this page and its date when the list changes. Customers with data processing terms in place can object as those terms describe.
